My current roommate is moving out, so I'm looking for a quiet, clean female to share my large bedroom right in Circular Quay.

Details:
Rent: $300 per week with utilities included

Room: Shared double bedroom, built-in wardrobes, and our own ensuite bathroom.

Apartment setup: We share the main living areas (kitchen, lounge, laundry) with 3 other girls – total of 5 in the apartment (all female household).

Vibe: Looking for someone respectful, tidy, quiet and low-key – no parties or heavy smoking please.
