The apartment is small and cozy though you have your own private space. The common area has a large tv some leather couches, a coffee table, eating table and kitchenette. there is a small balcony and a shared bathroom. Bills including electricity and water, heat and Wi-Fi are $20 per week. It's not a party house and is not for couples. It suits a student or young professional. The bedroom is a loft room with a low ceiling which is fine for sleeping in, storing your things and maybe lying back reading on the queen-sized mattress. Due to the ceiling height in the loft room the rent is quite low for the area - the center of Sydney CBD.
