About the property
The property is on the 45th floor, with direct view of Sydney Westfield tower from the room. The room is specious for one person and is directly connected to the second access of the balcony.
I am flexible with the furniture, you can keep whatever you like, rest I can take care of!
The living room is massive, with a big cloud sofa and a huge tv and speakers set! ( we do movie nights and gaming too). The entire house has motion sensing lights and smart lights. All can be set according to your mood!
The kitchen is partially an open kitchen, with fridge, dishwasher, over and induction cook-top! You will have an entire section of pantry and fridge for yourself!
There are two bathrooms, again with mood light haha. Also has a bathtub!
Our apartment is located 2 minutes from townhall station and 2 minutes from Gadigal station (metro).
Since it is in the heart of the city, there are always buses and light rails running and most importantly the food places are open till 12 or some forever!
5 minutes walk from world square, which has everything from coles to pandora. And 6-7 minutes away from Woolworths and Big W.
The property has a big swimming pool and jacuzzi and sauna access for free. Attached with a gym, ping pong table and outdoor gymnastics equipments.

About the flatmates
Hi, I am Sanjana! I have been relocated by my company, so I am looking for someone who wants to take over my lease.
In this house, there will be two more people living apart from you.
One is a second year bachelor student, studying bio-chemistry at the University of Sydney. And another is studying master of teaching at UTS after completing his bachelors degree in quantum physics from the same university.
They are good friends of mine. No drama no nothing. Very flexible, even with shared spaces like living room and kitchen.
Most Sundays we cook breakfast together and have coffee on the balcony. We play a lot of ps5 too over the weekends and our favourite game to play together is overcooked!
