We are next door to one of our local neighbourhood pubs - you may hear some noise during a big sporting event or on a busy Friday/Saturday night.

About the flatmates
We are a couple (34F, 43M) in a 3 bedroom apartment in Alexandria (7 min walk to Green Square station/Waterloo metro). We’re looking for a flatmate for one of our rooms, and we also Airbnb the other. There’s also opportunity for you to clean the other room between guests (just when we aren’t available) and we can take $60 off your rent each time.
You will have access to your own balcony. We also have a common balcony that you’re welcome to use as well as our shared living spaces. The bathroom is shared and our place will have 5-6 occupants (depending if you are a single or a couple). The Airbnb has an ensuite so it will be 3-4 people sharing the main bathroom.
About us:
Alison teaches economics at nearby universities and Glen is a product manager working in media.
Alison loves LEGO and chess. She is also learning Japanese. Glen loves to cycle (20km a day!). In the summer, we like to go to the beach. In Winter, we do weekend road trips to Perisher. We have also been Snowsports instructors.
We love to travel and meet people from other countries 🙂
