My name is Cody, 25 year old student currently study in UNSW and work part-time. I've been living in shared house for several years and well understand personal spaces and boundaries but I'm open to occasionally hang out as well. I'm an active and easygoing guy, when I'm not working or studying I usually go out with friends, focusing on fitness or simply chilling in my room.
I enjoy a tidy and clean living envirnment, also I'm a non-smoker so hope you as well. Some other house rules: quiet hours after 10 till the next morning, no pets and party, clean the shared space after use.
