My name’s Vic, my fiancé Matt and I just bought a townhouse in Alexandria and have a room with an ensuite to rent out. I am currently studying Dentistry and Matt is moving to Canberra for the year for work so it’ll just be me at home and he’ll be back on weekends when he’s not working. It’s a 4 bed, 4 bath in a really lovely part of town with cafes, Woolworths, Dan Murphy’s etc within walking distance (3 minute walk or 250m). We will fully furnish the living spaces so you would just need to furnish your bedroom.
