The apartment is a fully renovated warehouse conversion, refurbished a few years ago, with 6-metre-high ceilings and quality, considered furnishings throughout. The room available is fully set up — more like a five-star hotel than a typical share — with a large wardrobe offering plenty of storage, a small desk, an industrial ceiling fan (which is all that’s needed), and a heater for winter. The apartment stays surprisingly cool in summer.
The bathroom is shared only occasionally, if someone is visiting. There’s a beautiful sunny courtyard, and the main living area is spacious and luxurious, with a fireplace for winter. Everything you need is already here — it’s very much a move-in-and-settle-in home.
