I have lived in this apartment for five years during my university studies. Both my flatmate and I are non-smokers, and we have always maintained the property well throughout our stay.
Previously, one of us take the bedroom, the other stay in oversized lounge partitioned with wardrobe.
The apartment is located in a quiet area, close to the city but away from the crowds. There are bus stops and a train station nearby, making transport very convenient. I usually walk to the University of Sydney on school days; it takes about 30 minutes along a scenic and relaxing route—perfect for daily exercise and a stress break.
