About the flatmates
Hi all, I'm a postgrad student from NZ that's easy-going, respectful and determined to make your stay enjoyable and problem-free. Currently busy with my research, but in my off-time, I enjoy going to the gym and staying active. Occasionally travelling Sydney with my friends (especially in summer), would definitely invite flatmates that are keen. Sometimes even have a BBQ (might as well put that balcony to use).
I have lived in many shared apartments, and I have noticed that many landlords are lazy when it comes to fixing things, I don't want to be like that. Rest assured that you can come to me with any small issues or changes you would like to the apartment. I do like to keep things clean and tidy, so I aim to clean at least once a week.
