The house has been recently renovated and is split across two levels. The upper level has three bedrooms – one is occupied by me, and the other two are occupied by friendly tenants who are already living here and working / studying.

On the ground level, there are two bedrooms – one is a master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and a bathtub, and the other is a standard bedroom with a built-in wardrobe.

The property also includes a garage and both front and back yards. There’s a lemon tree in the front yard and an orange tree in the backyard, which add a nice touch. The neighborhood is chill and safe, and the location is convenient – just an 8-minute walk to Banksia train station.

The house is fully furnished with everything you need, including living and dining furniture, a washing machine, dryer, and even a robot vacuum cleaner for easy cleaning.
