The apartment is quite cosy with a balcony. There is an internal laundry and one car space. We are about a fifteen minute walk to Ashfield station, Ashfield Mall and all of the local bars and cafes within that area. We are situated right near Parramatta road for regular bus services and there is also a Woolworths within a few minutes walking distance.

We live in a very quiet building so I'm looking for someone who also appreciates a quiet space. And you have to be good with cats as my cat will, unfortunately, give you no space at all.

About the flatmates
I'm 35 years old, apparently my age is showing something different but there is no option anywhere to change the age, even after emailing customer support.
I'm a graphic designer that works from home 3 days per week. Most nights will be spent quite relaxed - exercising after work and then cooking at home with some reading or writing music.
I'm very tidy and respectful of everyone's own space in the house but I will never pass up an opportunity for a glass of wine, movie, or board/card game with the housemates. I am also vegan - you don't have to be plant-based but it would be great if you were given the space.
The house will be equipped with everything you need. I already have enough furniture for the living area so you will only have to furnish your room.
You will also be living with my cat. He is a Black Sphynx (hairless cat). He's a big sook, sleeping all day only to sleep some more on your lap when you get home. On the rare occasion I go away on a weekend, I would really appreciate someone who doesn't mind looking after him in that time.
