I will be your only roommate. We will share this space with my beautiful cat, Feargus. This apartment is a great size, with a separate bathroom nestled in a quiet street.
The apartment is fitted with aircon/heating, internal laundry/drying facilities as well as new plantation shutters on every window which provide insulation, privacy and plenty of natural light.
You will be in bedroom two on the provided floor plan.The room is fully furnished with:
- Double bed + mattress & protector
- 2x new pillows + protectors
- Desk + chair
- Side table
- 2x power boards
- Rug
The room is complete with a remote control ceiling fan and storage tubs under the bed.
I support a friendly environment that encourages friends and family to visit whilst keeping a cosy and clean home. I also appreciate the importance of privacy and enjoy my alone time.

I own this two bedroom art deco apartment in Ashfield. I love creating a home that’s both cozy, clean and inviting with a split weekly cleaning schedule. I love cooking and hanging with friends. I support you to do the same. I have a cat called Feargus. He’s the apple on my eye 🍎🐈.
Rent is $315 per week including bills. I will need bond as well as the first two weeks rent upfront. Must be fluent English speaking. Minimum 6 months stay. Minimum three weeks notice when moving out.
