Hi!

I have a room for rent in Ashfield available on February 2026. It’s a 2 Bed, 1 Bath apartment. A 5-min walk to Ashfield station. Close to our friendly neighbourhood shops and local restaurants. 20-30min train to city.

Looking for someone respectful, considerate, knows the value of establishing good relations with the person they’re living with, good and honest communicator, follows house rules (understands why we have them), tidy person, and someone I can trust to take care of our unit. I prefer non-smokers, as I don’t smoke myself. Pets are not allowed. Looking for someone who enjoys a bit of chitchat here and there but also loves their own quiet time to recharge and unwind.

PS. The table and chair in the photo are not available anymore. apologies, for the old photo. So to be clear, the single bed with bed frame and the wardrobe are included for the roommate-to-be to use. Thank you for your understanding.

I love listening to music (love me some old cheesy ballads, OPM or English, kpop - I’m an army ;) ) and enjoy good food (but I need to diet) and take walks (from time to time).
