This cosy 2-bed apartment is located 8 minutes walk from Ashfield station and 6 minutes walk from the Apothecary. It gets lovely sunlight and even has a cute balcony with a tiny herb garden. We have an electric stove and good pantry space in the kitchen, floorboards/tiles in the main areas and carpet in the bedroom.

The apartment is fully furnished, including a lovely new espresso machine, just bring your bedroom furniture and settle in.

My style is cheerful scandi with a hint of mid century modern, with a few plants and pops of colour.

I’m looking for a tidy, respectful flatmate with plenty of sharehouse experience who wants a calm, comfortable home and is able to commit to weekly shared cleaning. I’d like someone who is fully vaccinated and is considerate with regard to Covid (masking/isolating when you have symptoms so as not to pass anything along).

The room is on the small size (no built ins) and could fit a double bed and small wardrobe, and possibly a desk. As yours is the smaller room, you will get primary access to the parking space out front.
