I'm 24, M, with a corporate job in Sydney CBD.
I'm originally from Wollongong, and have been living out of home in Sydney for the last 6 years so I'm experienced with the expectations and courtesies of renting. Clean household is a non negotiable!
I'll be working 9-5 5 days a week in the city and have a work set-up in my room so we'll probably not run into each other much. I'll also spend a lot of time at my partner's house.
I'm living here with a student David who I've met on flatmates. He's very kind and respectful, and we are excited to have a third person join us and make a full household.
