About the property
Couple or single welcome.
I'm looking for either a couple or a female as I have found either contributes to a positive, mutually respectful household dynamic.
This modern 2BR apartment is fully furnished with some storage space. You/you and your partners room is cozy with good natural light, the QB is super-comfy, a large chest of drawers, extensive wardrobe, bedside drawers and has a small balcony accessed by lockable sliding door and screen.
The neighborhood is very safe and quiet with a Post Office, Coles, coffee shop and other food outlets, Drs, and a train station just 1 block away. Another great thing about Asquith is that Hornsby Westfield is 2 minutes away and there are several beautiful bushwalks and parks nearby. It's also a great place from which to access the highway to the Central Coast.
We split the electric bill 2 or 3 ways depending on if you are a single or a couple, so that keeps it cheap. There are no other bills. Hot water is by gas, perfectly reliable and included in the rent.
Wifi is available and we have air conditioning.
The lounge/dining room is very comfy, large TV with X-box. (If you want cable, you can create an account (I rarely watch TV). A 4-6 seater dining table is right next to the kitchen.
We enjoy a well-appointed terrace and good-sized terrace, off the lounge/dining room. It's great, especially on warm summer days, has a BBQ, table and chairs. You can grow herbs/flowers/ if you wish.
The internal laundry consists of washing machine and clothes dryer. You can also use your small off-bedroom balcony to dry clothes if you wish.
Very well-appointed kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge, deep-fryer, microwave, kettle, generous refrigerator/freezer, plenty of bench-space, fantastic gas-top, electric oven, crockery (or your own) & ample utensils. I'm an ex-chef, which can be helpful and fun, I especially like making rich ice-creams and I can sometimes cook us all a meal if you like that sort of thing.

Hi everyone,
It's been my pleasure over the last 7yrs to open my well-appointed and modern apartment up to flatmates, many of whom remain close friends long after having relocated.
I've already written about myself whilst describing the apartment, so there isn't much needs to be added here.
All I ask in a flatmate/couple is reliable rent, friendliness & a reasonable level of tidiness.
Homes are our getaway from life's labour, where we can put out feet up, relax and feel 'at home'.
