The beach house features a healthy smoke free environment, a modern fully equipped kitchen, polished floorboards with generous comfortable living areas that open up onto a large undercover deck with infrared sauna, perfect to relax or entertain. The outdoor environment has a beautiful well maintained garden with a large sunny front yard, nestled in a tranquil tree-lined street in Avalon on Sydney's Northern Beaches.
We are in a great level location, it is an easy walk to Avalon village shops, local facilities and close to transport, Avalon beach and Pittwater.
This is a very happy house, so we are looking for people who are easy going, friendly, positive and relaxed. We like to spend time hanging out, cooking good food, catching a movie, enjoying good living, but also respect each other's space. We don't mind a chat , socializing and occasionally we have BBQ’s at home with family and friends . The house is a clean tidy home and we would like people who enjoy sharing this type of enviroment. Cleaning is a shared responsibility & we take turns of communal areas. I prefer people who are working & pay rent on time.
Furnished bedrooms are of generous size and a very comfortable place to live.
