Room, is furnished with a single king bed, and clothes hanger with room to spare and great views. Will fit a double or queen bed if you have one.

Room cost is $680 fortnightly (=2 weeks) electricity bill split every month, $1000 security up front. Room Available 4th March 26.

Great position for public transport to city, Northern Beaches and Manly express bus to city or Northern Beach and Manly then ferry to City.

Awesome house, views of Middle Harbour and Spit Bridge.
Clontarf Beach and Reserve 5 min walk away, Manly beach 10 min by car, or bus.
Quick and easy public transport to city and Northern Beaches.

Must be easy going, like a chat and respect all that is around, people, animals and neighbours.
House is 3 levels with views from ever level, bbq in backyard with undercover chill out space, big bathroom, 2nd shower, laundry, 2 toilets, big kitchen, seperate dining and lounge room.

Off street parking only but no permit needed and heaps of parking available.

MUST LOVE DOGS, have one dog on premises and only allowed one! (sorry to dog/pet owners that are looking for pet friendly places, I wish I could! But can’t.)
Netflix and internet included. Electricity, will be split every month.
