A bright, peaceful room is available in our home just a 5 mins walk to the beach, close to cafes, Stockland shops, and buses/ferry to the city. Super convenient location, with everything you need close by.
You’ll be living with J (technical solution consultant in tech), J2 (commercial manager in insurance), and H (works as a sailing instructor). We all live fairly full lives and enjoy a relaxed, respectful vibe at home. Sometimes we cook or hang out, but there’s no pressure, it’s more about living with kind, easygoing people.
The room’s got great natural light, and the place itself feels calm, clean, and homey. Rent is $430 per week, all bills inclusive. Free weekly cleaning, and free professional bathroom cleaning every 8-10 weeks.
We’ve been lucky with fantastic housemates in the past - people who are thoughtful, down to earth, and easy to live with.
