Location: Right near Balgowlah Village Shopping Centre, with cafes and restaurants close by, and bus stops across the road (easy for the city and around the Northern Beaches).
The room (furnished): Double bed, built-in wardrobe (great storage), bedside table, and a desk (good for work/study).
The apartment: Lots of natural light, quiet building (only two apartments), spacious kitchen with gas stove + oven/grill (fully equipped), large living room with comfy couch + smart TV, shared garden (nice for a BBQ or chilling outside), washing machine + clothesline in the garden, and easy street parking (car or motorbike).
About me: I work as a chef at Northern Beaches Hospital and I’m currently studying for my Swimming & Water Safety certification. I’m easygoing, clean, and respectful, and I’m looking for someone similar who wants a calm home.
Details: Rent: 400 $/week | Bills: internet included. Gas and electricity expenses shared | Bond: 3 weeks $ | Available from: 15 February | Minimum stay: 6 -12 months, preferably long term.
