- Room 3 - $515/week, bathroom2 toilet access shared with room3, bathroom2 shower Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday, bathroom3 (outdoor shed) shower Monday/Wednesday/Friday/Sunday - AVAILABLE FROM February 15th

Price difference reasoning:
$550 - base price, applies to the room2.
Room1: $35 ($5/day) weekly extra due to own en-suite
Room3: $35 discount due to smaller room and less one day weekly use of indoor shower.

Fixed bills are included - 500Mbps high-speed NBN, daily supply charge of water, electricity and gas.

Consumption of electricity, gas, water is charged based on meter readings at Origin Energy prices and shared based on number tenants. Consumption charges for months to-date for reference (shared by four tenants):

December: $131.04
January: $162.71
