I'm a 36-year-old professional originally from the UK, and I’ve been living in Australia for the past 10 years, around 8 in the Manly area. I’m active, respectful, and value a clean, calm, and tidy home.
The house is a spacious 3-bedroom with just two people living in it, so there’s plenty of room and privacy. The third bedroom is set up as a study, which I currently use when working from home around two days a week.
I’m usually up early on weekdays to go to the gym or office, so the house has a quiet, relaxed feel. I also travel for work every few months, both interstate and overseas.
The area is peaceful and residential, and very convenient for buses to Manly or the city. I’m ideally looking for another working professional who’s independent, considerate, and enjoys a clean, low-key home environment. Look forward to meeting you!
