Room available in a bright, peaceful top-floor apartment in Balgowlah. I’m moving out and my best friend is staying on, so we’re looking for someone lovely to take over my room and join her in the home.
The apartment is light-filled, calm and spacious, with a great balcony and minimal shared walls, so it feels very private and quiet. The room is generous, gets beautiful natural light and has built-in wardrobes. The apartment is fully set up with a modern kitchen, renovated bathroom, internal laundry and air conditioning in the living area.
You’d be living with one female in her late 20s/early 30s, friendly, respectful, social but also values her own space. Ideally looking for someone similar who is clean, easygoing and considerate.
Amazing location close to cafes, Stockland Balgowlah, buses to Manly and the CBD, and walking distance to the harbour walks and beaches.

About the flatmates
I’m a social, bubbly human and have been living here with my best friend for the past 14 months. It’s been such a lovely home and I’m honestly very sad to be moving out, but I’m heading into the next chapter and moving in with my partner.
My roommate is warm, social and easygoing, and keeps the apartment very clean. She enjoys her own space but also loves hanging out, watching movies and catching up on life. She loves a margarita or a beer on the balcony on a sunny day and enjoys a relaxed Sunday at home. Georgia works hard as a nurse, so home is a place she really values to unwind, recharge and feel comfortable.
We’re looking for someone friendly, respectful and tidy who would be a great fit for the home.
