I also have a lovely sunroom which is nice for visitors to stay or for you to read a book and relax .
I have a mini pather who lives inside the house my black cat😺 who is very friendly.
Room can be Furnished or not.
The House is close to all shops coles /woolies /Aldi and public transport which run frequently to city and Manly 5min drive.
I also have a car spot infront of house.
