-Old style, functional house but we keep the house very clean and tidy.
About the area -
Bushwalk - The famous manly to spit located only a set of stairs from back yard.
Beaches - Clontarf reserve, Reef beach, Castle rock, Forty baskets and other world class beaches located within walking distance. (See photos)
Manly beach a little further is approximately 35-40 mins walk via the manly to spit track. Alternatively buses are available (100m away and also on Sydney Rd 800m) 5 min ride to Manly beach.
Buses also run regularly to city from both stops.
