Rent & Flexible Room Options
• Room Prices: Different rooms are available at varying prices depending on size and features. (Please message for current availability).
• All-Inclusive: No hidden costs! Your rent covers everything—Electricity, Water, Gas, and Fast Wi-Fi.
• Low-Entry Perk: We only require a $100 bond for the right tenant. This is a special "low-deposit" offer for responsible residents who will keep their room and the house in top condition.
• Terms: 2 weeks' notice from both sides. Payments are strictly fortnightly and on time.
House Rules & Maintenance
To ensure everyone enjoys a peaceful stay:
• Quiet Time: 10:00 PM onwards (please keep noise low for calls, videos, or music).
• Off-Site Owners: We do not live on the property, giving you more privacy. However, we are attentive owners and visit weekly for lawn mowing and cleaning of the common grounds to keep the place looking great.
• Two-Strike Policy: We have a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints to ensure everyone can enjoy their rest.
• Cleanliness: No smoking indoors (outside in the backyard only). No drugs.
Please Note: The property is currently on the market. While it is likely to remain a rental under new ownership, we want to be upfront that it is not a 100% guarantee.
