Please note: the owners do not live on-site, but we go frequently each week for cleaning or maintenance.

The Property & Location
• Convenient Access: 10–15 minute walk to the station, 2-minute walk to the bus stop, and 15 minutes to Bankstown Shopping Mall.

• Quiet Environment: Located on a peaceful residential street.
• Secure: The house is equipped with smart locks.

The Ideal Housemate
• Must be clean, tidy, and mindful of others.
• Preferably working or studying.
• Someone who values a quiet, shared living space.

Terms & Details
• Stay: Minimum 2-month stay.
• Rent: Paid fortnightly.
• Notice: 2 weeks' notice required by either party.
• Important Note: The house is currently on the market for sale. Periodic inspections will be required, but we will always notify all tenants well in advance.

Inspection Times
We are currently holding inspections at the following times:
• Wednesdays: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• Saturdays: In the afternoon around 1-2 pm
