- Has extra room, which I use as a home office (plenty big enough for two desks if you want)

I am an easy going 50+ year old male. I work full time with office in the city, but I work most days from home (unit has an office). I have been living in this unit for 6 months by myself and it is time to decide if I stay or not. Rent is a little more than I can afford long term so I'm looking for a compatible flat mate to help share the expense. I love animals (have a cat) and like to keep fit, which includes indoor riding most nights of the week. I have two teenage children (living with their Mum) and see them when I can, I also have family/friends interstate so try to get to see them every now and again (so you would have the flat to yourself occasionally). I'm a non-smoker and you would need to be a non-smoker too (I've got nothing against smokers but can't stand the smell).
