The house is a very large 5 bedroom & 2.5 Toilet based stand-alone home with a massive back garden + storage shed

There are 4 occupants at present my wife, 5 yr old son, existing tenant and myself (4ppl) all up and 2 Puppies

The house is a very clean, spacious and nestled close to Windsor Road, Shopping Centre (The Grove) and public transport.

I have every single amenity that you could think of in the house and the kitchen is stacked as well with everything needed for a very comfy stay. Included with the rent Gas, Electricity Water Cable Tv & I have NBN 1000 Fiber included in the rent, which is the fastest speed in the market, Cable Tv with no less than 6 streaming platforms to choose from.

Basically, all you will require is your personal stuff and your own bed linen.

I work in the Automobile industry, my wife works in Childcare, and the existing tenant is a retiree (Ex Car Mechanic/ Handy Man). We both work Mon-Fri and I work 2 days from home. We are all very laid back, sociable and easy going

My ideal tenant/s would someone who is clean, neat, responsible and is part and parcel of the household rather than just a tenant. Would ideally but not limited to suit a single Student, a Professional or a Couple (Can provide a double Bed)

Couples Rent would be higher.
