About the flatmates
Hi my names Anika, I'm looking for a new roommate to take over the lease as my current roommate is leaving at the end of Feb. I work full time and play rugby so am out of the house majority of the time! Ideally looking for a likeminded female, 20+ who is open to sharing my home with me :) I do occasionally have friends over and you're more than welcome to, as long as we both chip in with chores and maintain the house and front yard. Internet is paid monthly and we just go half in that, utilities and gas and electricity is paid every quarter. My leasing is done directly through the landlord so the ideal candidate will have to be willing to meet them and be accepted by them.
