Shared fully furnished large lounge, 46" TV, dining area, large open kitchenette, double fridge, bathroom and a large outside entertaining deck with a BBQ. 180' panoramic views of Curl Curl, Manly Beach, North Head, Bondi Junction, Sydney's Skyline, Blue Mountains and Chatswood. The view is spectacular. There is also a table tennis table, which can easily be set up if and when you want to play, and an outside weightlifting gym set in a large garden with views of the city. There is also a park next door where you can play sport or just relax and look at the view.
Looking for a male that has work and is looking to share accommodation. Very calm environment. The only flatmate rules are that shared living spaces, such as the lounge room, are kept tidy and the kitchen is kept clean and dishes/pots/pans washed up after eating. The other flatmates are friendly respectful and tidy.
My wife and I live on the second floor which has a lounge, dining, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Our five children have moved out and we have been renting their rooms now for several years. We have a RagDoll cat that stays upstairs and there are occasional visits from our children and two grandchildren. I work full-time and my wife part-time.
The inside of the house has recently been painted and renovated. Very near the new Northern Beaches Hospital, 5 min walk to shops, 2 min walk to bus transport which goes to the City, Chatswood or to Dee Why and Manly, and a 7-minute drive to Dee Why, Curl Curl and Freshwater beaches.
