I am an engineer and understand the needs of affordable accommodation for lot of people who cannot afford to rent full house or apartment. As such, I have designed this property for such people in mind where you have motel type room with your own amenities, storage space, study desk, AC, TV and bar fridge. All you will be sharing is the kitchen (if you like to cook your own meals) and the laundry.
This is a 5 bedroom house and already has 4 female working professional flatmates.
The female tenant is vacating the master bedroom downstairs due to relocation of work.
