It’s an old house, and I will be taking care of most of the yard work once my house mates move out
Basically we’re in the least attractive house on the best street - it’s a quiet, family oriented street with friendly neighbours
Not far from the train station, about 12 minute walk to either Carlton or Kogarah station, in walking distance to St George hospital and an 8 minute drive to Hurstville Westfield
Plenty of space in the backyard and common areas, with an extra toilet outside in the laundry
There’s a bathtub and a shower in the bathroom, gas stove and oven, and I’ll sort out internet closer to the change over date

About the flatmates
I work for NSW Health within emergency services, and study at uni - I have a lovely dog named Scout
Our housemates are moving back in with their parents due to personal hardships and as such we’re looking to fill the rooms to keep the house
We enjoy socialising and having fun, and filling up the pool on hot days for a nice cool dip
I make art in my spare time or go out to see friends
I’m a shift worker, but I have some consistency in my roster - I do two 12 hour days followed by two 12 hour nights then enjoy 5 days off.
I’m friendly and empathetic, and looking for similar people, preferably working professionals or working students to take the two rooms that will be available
