I’m a working professional in my late 30s, looking for a female housemate to share my lovely home with. The room will be available from early March 2026.
The house is a charming older villa, with almost everything newly renovated, including the kitchen and bathroom. We will share one shower, but you will have your own private toilet.
I also have a very sweet and well-behaved ginger cat. So I’m hoping to find someone who is comfortable with cats and enjoys a calm homey atmosphere.
The home is located in a quiet and peaceful suburb, with very easy access to Hurstville, Kogarah, and surrounding areas.
Off-street parking is available if needed.
