About the flatmates
Hello, I’d like you to feel at home. I’m studying and often in/out the villa. It’s very quiet area. I’m looking for someone to stay in 3rd room single size bed, furnished with desk, window, looks out to garden and back yard.
Share home duties and I don’t want to have to remind you. Please wash your clothes and bedding regularly. Wash your hands as soon as you enter the house EVERY TIME Uve been out to keep down external bacteria, minimise spreading flu etc…im very strict about that, please respect house share space.
I would appreciate a female that is kind and trustworthy, Any of your belongings will be safe with me and I would want the same trust in you so we protect one another. The place is safe and security cameras all around.
I live in a villa, there is no lawn all paved backyard, plants in pots.
I like my privacy and respect yours.
I’m ok if you want to keep to yourself with polite and considerate interactions from time to time. The bathroom has to be cleaned e very week, toilet and hand basin twice a week. As a team, let’s agree and put into practice the idéal cleaning routine for a pristine ladies shared restroom.
Clean up after yourself when you use the kitchen. I have cutlery, China ware, glasses, cups, cooking equipment - air fryer, yoghurt maker, bread maker, sandwich oressure, cake tins, baking utensils. China cups, plates, bowls, no room to bring yours.
I like art or creative things, anatomy and physiology , sciences. I encourage artistic ladies, clinicians or community workers to apply.
