Beautiful quiet and spacious two story home which has been freshly renovated. It has new carpets (now just 1 year old) on the first floor and freshly polished floorboards on the ground floor (also a year ago)..

We a quiet group of people, all guys. Keeping clean and we take turns cleaning the kitchen and house. We are mostly out and about or in our rooms but don't mind sitting in the lounge rooms and watch a movie together some times.
