Situated on the Kings Langley side of Blacktown, our house is quiet, relaxed, and conveniently located near the M7 and the various businesses off Sunnyholt Road.
Just a stone's throw away from the well-serviced T-Way and a 2-minute walk to numerous bus lanes, you can easily reach Blacktown station with a short 5-minute bus ride.
Seven Hills station is also nearby, offering a free multilevel car park.

The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished according to your preference. We will provide a bed, innerspring mattress,
built-in wardrobe, drawers, and a desk and chair. Additionally, the room is equipped with a TV point.

All bills are included in the rental price, covering gas, water, electricity, and unlimited internet (provided usage is reasonable).
