Hello All,
I'm planning to give my home for rent for few months. Since I'm moving overseas for personal reason.
I'm living here for near to 5 years
This is 2 bed, 2 bathroom unit located in ground floor. I have my friend (calm & nice person. Living with him for 5 years).
He lives in a room and uses one bathroom & I live in ensuite (a master bedroom with attached bathroom) My room will be rented.
Rent: $290 weekly (including all bills)
Advance: 2 weeks rent amount
Notice: once you move in, minimum 2 weeks notice needed please.
Breakage: In case accidentally
breakage or damage happens by you, responsibility to be taken for the repairs.
Working Individuals, students are preferred.
For 2 guys/ 2 girls - Rent 320/week. Bond - $640
Any of your photo ID is essential for verification of your identity - either Australian license or Passport will work.
Kindly note: I'm more concerned to give home to well mannered and nice person, as I'm leaving my house & all furnished items used by me. I need them the same way while you vacate the house please.
