About the flatmates
I’m 24, Filipino, and currently studying and working, so I’m not home very often. The house is generally quiet and relaxed. We’re respectful of each other’s space, and while visitors are allowed, it’s not frequent and never past 11pm. If you’re after a peaceful place to live, this home would suit you well.
Upstairs, there are three rooms. Two are occupied by myself and another young Filipino guy, and one is currently available. Downstairs, there is one room and a bathroom. The house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms in total.
We occasionally have dinner together when schedules line up and enjoy a quick catch up, but everyone mostly does their own thing.
