About the flatmates
You’ll be sharing the apartment with Umi (my cavoodle) and I. I’m 34, and I’ve just returned from living in London.
I usually working in property, you’ll find me out socializing, at the beach, exercising, wining and dining or deeply absorbed in my work etc. I’ve always had housemate(s) and have made some great mates from it.
I am looking let the large bedroom in this 2 bedroom apartment available in Bondi from the 1st Feb long-term, ideally for minimum 1 year.
I'm looking for either a single or a couple (a couple is an extra $150 pw) for the large room.
The apartment is filled with sun, and is in the perfect spot, close to Bondi Junction, Bondi Road shops, and Bondi Beach. The kitchen and bathroom are both renovated, it is a really lovely apartment to live in.
The balcony is like a second living room, north facing, nice and leafy, quiet with ocean glimpses.
