The apartment has a top quality washing machine in the bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and fast internet.

You'll have the whole place to yourself till around mid-February.

Rent: 1 person $690 per week, 2 people sharing $790 per week.
Minimum stay is 3 months but you're welcome to stay for longer.
Internet is $18 per week.
Electricity is divided equally between housemates. I get daily electricity data on my app which I can share for transparency. Normal usage is $17 per person per week.

Strictly no smoking anywhere in the apartment, including the balcony, or anywhere on the building premises. It's a building rule. If you smoke you have to go outside the entrance of the building. Also no pets allowed sorry.

The place is perfect for someone who wants to live near everything Bondi has to offer but also wants a quiet home with amazing views. It's also close to Tamarama Beach and it's so convenient for public transport too.
