It is a massive house with an unmatched location! Just off Bondi Road, with a short stroll to a bunch of cafes, restaurants and bars, 5 minutes walk to either Bondi or Tamarama beach and still on a quiet street with very little traffic!
None smoking household. Singles only please.
**The house:**
We live in a big house (total of 4 bedrooms, singles only) with lots of shared space, including a big open plan kitchen and dining room, separate lounge room AND a work-from-home office! We have a driveway. We have a front yard. We have a big, green backyard with a fire pit! We have a garden shed. A massive laundry, two verandas. Our ceilings are over 3m high…. it’s the best.
We have two fully equipped bathrooms, one of which has a bath, and a total of 3 showers. How? We have a heated outdoor shower! Perfect for after beach / surfing when you want to rinse off and appreciate the garden. We also have a big outdoor deck with a BBQ, couch and dining table.
In the kitchen we have a brand new oven with gas stove, dish washer, a Breville coffee machine (by far the hardest-working appliance in the house), air fryer, rice cooker, nutri-bullet, slow cooker / pressure cooker and 2 big fridges! There is also tonnes of shared storage space around the house so if you’re bringing a lot of luggage, it won’t be a problem!
**The room:**
A perfect sized room which fits a queen bed with a bedside table and a full length mirrored built-in wardrobe. The room gets plenty of light during the day. The room will be fully furnished.
Bills are all included: all house cleaning and sanitary items, high speed internet, electricity, gas and coffee bean subscription! We also have a number of streaming services you’re welcome to use too.

About the flatmates
You’ll be sharing the house with 3 working professionals, Josh (30), Florian (29), and Miriam (25) - who are all very friendly and easy to get along with.
Josh is a Canadian, loves rock climbing, reading, surfing, camping, and just spending time with friends. He works in tech and is in the office 3-4 days a week.
Florian is from Belgium who's completely embraced the Aussie lifestyle. He loves cycling, yoga, surfing, going to gigs and more generally spending most of the days outside in the sun with friends. He works as a consultant, mix of home and office.
Miriam is a sailing master from Canada, she's great value.
We like to keep all the public areas neat and tidy and keep a fun, friendly vibe in the house. We’ve found a good balance between being conscious of everyone’s need for personal space / privacy and planning the odd activity / meal together to keep things fun. We all like the occasional card or board game and movie night too.
