Renting out the second bedroom in my quiet 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom 110m squared apartment located a 10 min walk from Tamarama beach, 12 min to Bondi beach and 25 mins walk to Bondi Junction station. And best of all, it comes with a dog!
The place is huge for Bondi's standards and has a laundry room, balcony, eat in kitchen and sizeable living room with a reverse cycle air conditioning unit in it. The room up for rent will come furnished with a queen bed, cupboard and 2 side tables. There is also space for a dresser or another cupboard. The room also comes equipped with a ceiling fan.
The room is $525 a week including wifi, electricity and a monthly cleaning lady. The room is available for 3 months with the possibility of taking over the lease for the apartment in its entirety mid-May pending landlord approval.

About the flatmates
I'm a 35 year old female who works in Marketing. I work from home 3 days a week. In my spare time I love going to gigs, pole dancing classes, reformer pilates, hanging out by the beach and travelling. I'm also a sucker for trashy reality TV like MAFS lol. I'm respectful and quiet and never bring the party home, but I’m also friendly and am always down for a chat :).
The other housemate is a quirky 8 year old Cocker Spaniel named Brie. She is a rescue, so she is quite timid with strangers, but will be obsessed with you once she gets to know you.
Late night kick ons and parties are not permitted in this building and result in strata-issued fines, so looking for someone who is quiet and doesn’t bring the party home.
