A furnished double room is available in a beautiful, calm and well-kept home located between Bondi and Tamarama.
The house is very clean, organised and cared for. We are looking for a mature, respectful and considerate person who naturally cleans after themselves, takes care of their space and knows how to live respectfully with others.
You’ll be sharing with two adults in their late 30s / early 40s who value peace, balance, cleanliness and a harmonious home environment. This is not a party house. It’s a real home, where everyone respects the space, the house and the people who live in it. We do enjoy the occasional shared dinner or a glass of wine, but always in a calm and respectful atmosphere.
