The apartment is bright and spacious, in a fantastic location, 15min walk to Bondi beach, 15 min to Bondi Junction. Bus stop is 3min away.
Your bedroom is unfurnished and fits a queen-size bed and have built-in wardrobe.
Plenty of natural light. If you don’t have furniture, my current flatmate is happy to sell hers, as she is moving back overseas.
Kitchen is fully equipped and has internal laundry.
We have a stunning oceanview from the living room.
This is a home, so we’d love someone who’s keen on a long-term stay and creating a cosy, relaxed vibe together.
Keeping the home clean and tidy is really important to us, and we’d appreciate the same from you.
No working from home, no couples.
Bills are approx $15/week (internet and electricity).

My name’s Iva, and I’ve been living in this apartment for over a year. I live here with my partner, Nico. Nico works at aged care centre and I work in sales.
We’re easy-going, tidy, and love keeping the apartment cosy and welcoming.
We enjoy going on day trips into nature on weekends, playing board games, going to the cinema, and also staying home and watching TV shows. We like to keep things clean but relaxed — this is a home, not a party house.
We’d love to live with someone who’s respectful, kind, and open to friendship — whether that’s sharing a glass of bubbles, chatting after work, or heading to the beach together.
