Bondi, Sydney

Hey! We are Annaliese, Ben and Jake. We’re looking for a fourth housemate to join us in our beautiful little Bondi home (we are officially moving in on the 27th of Jan).

The place is fully furnished (apart from your bedroom) and includes a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and pretty much any appliance you might need. The house gets great natural light, feels calm and spacious, and is genuinely a lovely place to live. Your room is 3.5 x 3.2m (not including your built-in wardrobe) and is located downstairs. You would basically have the bathroom to yourself most of the time (particularly the shower), as the rest of us have our own bathrooms upstairs.

About us... Annaliese (29) is currently completing her PhD in clinical psychology and is originally from Sydney. Ben (29) works full-time and is originally from the UK. Jake (29) also works full-time and is originally from Brisbane. We also come with a bonus housemate... a very sweet little border collie named Tofu (4). She is very well-trained and affectionate, so ideally you're someone who genuinely likes dogs and doesn't mind a bit of fur and a cuddle.

We’re all easygoing, active and enjoy hanging out together (we are genuinely friends, not just cohabitating). We care about a clean, calm and respectful space, but also want home to feel vibrant and fun (ideally you enjoy a loud dinner party and a full house from time to time).

We're looking for someone who is:
Clean, considerate, and communicative
Working full-time or studying
Happy living with others (and a dog!)
Keen for a relaxed, warm, social household vibe
