Bondi, Sydney

Hey there!

I’ve just been accepted on this amazing place right in the heart of Bondi 10 minute walk to the beach and 15 minute walk to Bondi Junction, so perfect location.

The house is newly moved into and unfurnished so please bare that in mind as the photos are from Realestate.com, so you/we would have to look at adding a few things here and there to make it a home.

I’m Dylan and I would say overall I’m a fairly active guy who you’d often find at the gym or Jiu Jitsu, as well as love a good drink with friends or after work. I’m a massive foodie and into movies too so be great to have someone with similar interests.

I also have a 1 year old cream Show Cocker Spaniel who is basically still a puppy and full of energy and love - so you of course have to love dogs.

I work hybrid in the city so would want someone in a similar position and a professional please.

Bills aren’t included however can’t see it being too much of an added expense based off of living in Sydney for a year already.
