About the property
The flat is on Birrell Street, just off Bondi Road next to the woolies. It’s about a 15 minute walk / 5 min bus to junction, 10 mins walk to Bronte beach, tama beach, 5 min walk to Bondi Road and the shops. You can get to Bondi beach in about 5 mins on the bus or a 20 min walk. Really easy location.
Parking on road and we have a garage.
There’s a balcony with a bbq and sea view and a sea view from the bedroom. All the furniture is mine and it’s decorated to a high standard. You don’t need to bring anything.

Looking for single female (28 YO++) to take my spare room for 2 weeks to a month from Feb 1st.
About me:
My name’s Sophie, I’m 29 and from Manchester originally, lived London for a while before moving over here last Feb.
I’m pretty laid back but like to keep the house tidy / clean and want someone who is chilled and down to earth. Always up for a hang or glass of wine and I’m usually up early in the morning down the beach or at the gym, definitely not a party house but will have mates over. Im a super friendly and welcoming person and love all usualssss of beach life, writing, painting and the occasional boogie 💞 if you have any vinyls that’s a bonus!
I’m looking for someone who works full time, preferably mostly in the office (unless you have a small desk for the bedroom but I’m in usually Thursdays and sometimes Tuesdays so you can use the main desk if not!) I work from home most days apart from that in the dining area.
Pets are a maybe on a case by case basis. Think small, cute and chill haha!
