The apartment is perfectly positioned just a 5 min walk to Bondi Beach and moments from public transport, including the 333 route. We’re one street back from Bondi Road, surrounded by great pubs, cafés, and restaurants, while still feeling tucked away and quiet.
The unit itself has a spacious lounge and kitchen, a laundry room with plenty of storage, a bathroom (with a large bath), and ample street parking available. There’s also a private garden area (used only by us, not other tenants) as well as a balcony.

I’m a 30-year-old woman working in marketing and in the office most days (with the occasional WFH Friday). Outside of work, I love keeping active. I will usually be out running or doing pilates.
I enjoy a good glass of wine at home or heading out with friends but also value my quiet time. I like to keep the apartment neat, tidy, and comfortable. I’m very easy-going, social, and love meeting new people. Ideally, I’d love a flatmate who we genuinely get along with as friends, while also respecting each other’s space and downtime.
