Looking for someone to move into our 3rd room in our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, free standing tropical vibes house with huge yard and deck, in the heart of Bondi. You’d be living with two girls, River and Eleanor.
Available from now, long term tenant preferred.

Central Bondi, so close to the beach
that you can hear the ocean at night.
The house is conveniently located between Bondi beach and Tamarama beach.

• 400 meter walk to Bondi Beach 🌊
• 70 meters to popular restaurants cafes & bars ☕️🍸

• The street is very pretty, friendly, quiet and green 🌳

HOUSE :
beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 story freestanding home with big garden and outdoor areas including large elevated deck out front with BBQ and table setting and courtyard out the back with chairs and table.
Garden is super tropical complete with tall palm trees 🌴, banana trees, passion fruit plants, lime & lemon trees and other edible delights.

Inside has floorboards throughout and a giant lounge & dining area filled with more plants 🪴

Massive kitchen with dishwasher and a laundry with dryer & washing machine.
Your bathroom is shared with only one other.

It’s a relaxed home, a sanctuary, so not a party house, more like a listen to the birds, drink homemade lemonade and journal in the garden kind of house.
It’s a girls house and LGBTQIA+ friendly.

This large rooms get natural light during the afternoon/evening 🌞 and come fully furnished with everything you need including a ceiling fan for warmer days.
